Kevin is a pleasure to work with. He has an incredible eye for construction detail, and could spot flaws in home build quality that would get past most buyers. He always had time to explain complexities of the home buying process. Our purchase was a probate sale, which we were nervous about. To close on my house he was definitely thrown a couple of curve balls but stood fast and brought me all the way along with him.
