Kevin was fast, answered all my questions, got the job done, looking out for my interests, and in addition to that, he moved me to my new place and made the necessary improvements to my new place with his home improvement business.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Kevin, he was extremely positive and knowledgeable and stayed focused, which helped us, during our selling process. Selling our home was a different, and slightly more difficult than a conventional sale. Kevin was there to help us, when we had questions, he had the answers. Kevin has the heartbeat of the market, knows the best direction to go with the process. We are so glad that Kevin was our realtor, he had our best interest in front of him. Kevin is truly a professional, he kept his promises. Kevin is a RockStar!!

He has an extensive knowledge of the housing industry from construction to sales. He can even assist in getting a house show ready including repair and remodeling. Kevin is a pleasure to work with. He has an incredible eye for construction detail, and could spot flaws in home build quality that would get past most buyers. He always had time to explain complexities of the home buying process. Our purchase was a probate sale, which we were nervous about. But Kevin reassured us, walked us through the process, and the purchase could not have gone smoother. I would recommend Kevin to anyone ready to buy or sell a home.

Kevin Samples and Rockstar Realty. This guy is a shining example of a realtor that goes ALL-IN for his clients. To close on my house he was definitely thrown a couple of curve balls but stood fast and brought me all the way along with him. Some might say that the deal should have been scrapped but he got us too closing. He is the ROCKSTAR. Thank you Kevin.

Kevin helped in every aspect of the sale, got the house ready for appraisal, did much work to get the house upgraded for sale including bringing in contract workers, and he really helped in the hard market to sell the house.
